Mukhyamantri Gruh Yojana Surat application form and brochure is available, for vacant flats in different locations of Surat, on Gujrat Housing Board at www.gujarathousingboard.org. Vacant flats under Mukhyamantri Gruh Yojana for LIG and MIG. Flat are offered under Self Financing Scheme (SFS) on First Come First Serve Basis.
Allotment of house will be considered valid after submission of fully filled form and payment receipt to Estate Manager Office. Registrations will be opened till the availability of vacant flats.

Vacant flats in surat are available at Ganeshpura, Sachin, Bhagdawada Valsad, Jahagirabad Surat and Navsari. These flats are available under various scheme including, LIG-1, LIG-2, MIG, MIG-1 and MIG-2 in which 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and 3.5 BHK flats are available for booking. Estimated cost of these flats ranges from Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 30 lakh.
Application form and brochure for house can be purchased from E.M Office, Surat and Site office on working days. The filled up form is to be submitted along with application deposit amount through RTGS / Net Banking / D.D / Pay Order in account of Estate Manager, Gujarat Housing Board at Surat in Kotak Mahindra Bank during banking hours on bank working days.

Income Criteria for Various Scheme:
- LIG-1, LIG-2: Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs. 6,00,000 Family Annual Income
- MIG, MIG-1: Rs. 6,00,001 to Rs. 7,50,000 Family Annual Income
- MIG-2: Rs. 7,50,000 to Rs. 15,00,000 Family Annual Income
Application form will be provided to the beneficiaries of LIG and MIG for taking home under PMAY-CLSS (Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) for those flats whose carpet area will be below 60 sq.mtr.
