Online enrollment form for MHADA mill workers / girni kamgar is available on www.millworker.mhada.gov.in. Visit the website and follow the steps of online application process of filling girni kamgar form below.
Step-1: Click on the website
www.millworker.mhada.gov.in, after that choose language of your choice (English or Marathi).
Step-2: Before enrolling for new enrollment, check and confirm your enrollment if you have applied in scheme 2010-2011 by entering the details such as Enrollment/Application Number, Mill Worker First Name, Mill Worker Last Name, Legal Heir First Name and Legal Heir Last Name, after that click on Search button. If you not found any result then register for new girni kamgar form.

Step-3: Enter your active Mobile number and security code click on Get OTP button.
Step-4: System generated OPT will be sent to your registered mobile number and enter it in a required field.
Step-5: Verify / Pay Application Fee -- Select the Enrollment Type and Mill Code and enter all the mandatory information.

Step-6: In this step, applicants / mill worker will have to enter the details of their any one ID Proof. Select any one of mill workers ID proofs listed below:
- Identification Card Number / Service Certificate Number
- Ticket Number
- PF Account Number.
- ESIC (State Workers Insurance) Number.
- Discharge Order Number (Red Receipt).
- Enter Letter No. and Date Which is issued by Mill Management
In case of choosing Enrollment Type as Legal Heir, enter the required information.
- Legal Heir First Name
- Legal Heir Father/Husband Name
- Legal Heir Last Name
Step-7: Make Payment: The applicants can choose any mode of payment "Online" or "Offline".
For online payment, enter your Mobile No. and application fees amount and after that read banks details carefully. Then tick on checkbox to accept "Terms and Conditions" and then click on the “Pay” button.
If you wish to make offline payment, then click on “Pay at Cash Counter” button after that a challan of your application will be generated by the system in a new window in which you will have to select the city and address of nearest MHADA counter and take a printout of your MHADA Mill worker form to submit the fees in banks.
Step-8: Fill Enrollment Form - Now you will be able to fill the girni kamgar enrollment form given below:

- Select Mill name.
- Enter Pan Card No. & Aadhar Card No.
- Enter service duration with start date and end date.
- Job Termination Reason.
- Date of Birth.
- Residential Telephone Number.
- Average Monthly Income.
- Address with Pin code.
Then click on "I here by Agree ......" and then push the "Submit" button.
Step-9: Photo Moderation - It is the last step in which MHADA officials would verify the photo uploaded by your in their database and the verification response will be given within 24 hours. After photo verification, your enrollment either be accepted or rejected. With approval your enrollment will be fully complete, and in case of rejection you will have to upload another clear photograph of you.
Once your photograph gets the MHADA's approval, you will be able to print your acknowledgement slip of your MHADA Mill Worker Enrollment in English and Marathi language for your future reference.
