Rajasthan government announced Chief Minister Free Coaching Scheme or Mukhyamantri Nishulk Coaching Yojana (मुख्यमंत्री निःशुल्क कोचिंग योजना) for providing free coaching to 11th and 12th class students to take admissions for higher educations. Couching will be provided to the students for taking admissions in IIT, IIM, LAW and national level medical and engineering colleges.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana demand survey application forms can now be filled in Haryana by the eligible beneficiaries. Haryana government is inviting application forms for PMAY demand survey through local civic bodies and municipal corporation (MC) from today 1 June. And the last date of submitting application form for PMAY demand survey is 15 July 2017.

Till the last date, PMAY eligible beneficiaries belonging to EWS, LIG, MIG-1 and MIG-2 can register themselves to get a home under the scheme.

Procedure / How to Apply for PMAY Demand Survey in Haryana

People wishing to apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana demand survey in Haryana can visit the local town development department and municipals corporations/nagar nigam of your ward and area. information about ward-wise survey can be obtained from Municipal Office. There you can also collect the information about application forms and required documents for submission.

Demand survey for PMAY beneficiaries selection would be conducted ward-wise and if any applicant is unable to submit their documents/demand in the ward then he/she  can visit the  municipal office to between 1Jun to 15 July.

Online applicants (Those applicants who submit PMAY online form) will have to present with required document in municipal office before the closing of the survey, otherwise their application will be cancelled automatically. 

PMAY demand suruvey  application form would be provided to the applicants by the department officials in the ward and MC officials and no fee would be collected for the submitting demand survey application form.

To be eligible for PMAY Demand Survey in Haryana, the applicant will have to fulfill the below conditions.

Candidates who are residents of unauthorized colonies  and does not have pucca house are not eligible to apply for PMAY demand survey.

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत होम लोन की राशि बढ़ोतरी होने से मासिक किस्तों में काफी कमी आएगी इस योजना के प्रारंभ में, केंद्र सरकार ने 6 लाख के लोन पर 6.5% सब्सिडी की पेशकश की थी परन्तु अब सरकार 4% सब्सिडी 9 लाख के लोन पर और 3% की सब्सिडी 12 लाख के होम लोन पर लाभार्थियों को दे रही है।

लाभार्थी, PMAY के तहत होम लोन 20 वर्ष की अधिकतम अवधि के सकते है। और इस योजना के अन्तर्गत सरकार ने दो नए मध्यम आय वर्ग के समूहों को भी शामिल किया है जिनके लिए होम लोन की राशि और सब्सिडी कुछ इस तरह है।

इस समय, बैंकों और गैर बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनियों (NBFC) से होम लोन लगभद 9% की ब्याज दरों उपलब्ध हैं। और प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना होम लोन के तहत 4% की ब्याज छूट के बाद यह ब्याज दर 9% से घटकर 5% पर आ जाती है जिसे मासिक क़िस्त (EMI) और भी काम हो जाती है।

PMAY होम लोन ब्याज दर का हिसाब

उदाहरण के लिए, यदि कोई व्यक्ति 15 वर्षों के लिए 9 लाख रुपये का लोन लेता है, जिस पर उस व्यक्ति को 4% की कम ब्याज दर की छूट दी जाती है जिससे वह महीने की किश्त में से 2,011 रुपये बचत कर सकता है  जिससे कि उसकी मासिक किस्त 9,128 रुपये से कम होकर 7,117 रुपये रह जाती है। और इसी तरह, 12 लाख रुपये के लोन पर 3% कम ब्याज से क़िस्त में उसे 2,044 रुपये की मासिक बचत होती है।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण के तहत वर्ष 2017 में लिए केंद्र सरकार 2 लाख रुपये तक के होम लोन के ब्याज पर 3% तक की छूट देने का भी एलान किया है।

The increase loan amount under PM Awas Yojana will affect the monthly installment which would be reduced. In the started of the scheme, central government offered 6.5% subsidy on the loan up to Rs. 6 lakh while now, 4% subsidy on loans up to Rs. 9 Lakh and 3% for home loans up to Rs. 12 Lakh is being provided to the beneficiaries of the scheme.

The applicants can avail the loan under PMAY for maximum tenure of 20 year while earlier, the loan period was only 15 years. Apart from this, the government has also introduced two new middle income group categories under PMAY home loan scheme.

Home loans are available from banks and non banking financing companies at the present interest rates of about 9%. And after availing the benefits of Home Loan under PM Awas Yojana, the interest rate would be fall to 5% due to the effect of interest subvention of the scheme. It also reduces the EMIs of home loan.

PMAY Home Loan Interest Rate Calculation

For example, if any individual opt a loan of Rs. 9 lakh for 15 years, 4% lower interest rate would save him Rs. 2,011 in EMI every month. As a result, the monthly EMI would be of Rs 9,128 while he/she will have to Rs 7,117 after interest subvention.

Similarly, you will save Rs 2,044 in monthly EMI if you take a loan of Rs 12 lakh. This would be result due to subvention of 3 per cent lower interest rate.

• Candidate applying for the scheme should not have a pucca/concrete house anywhere in India on his/her name and also not on name of his/her family members.
• A plot for constructing a new house or a kutcha house which to be redeveloped under the scheme should be registered on candidate’s name.
• The benefits of any subsidy under state government’s housing scheme should not be availed by the candidate.
• Rs. 3 lakh is the maximum annual income for person belong to EWS category.
• Annual income range for LIG applicant is Rs. 3 lakh to Rs. 6 lakh.

• Self-declaration Form
• Aadhar Card of entire family (Mandatory Document)
• Colored passport size photograph of head of the family

Along with above documents the applicants also needs some photocopies of document listed below:

• Ration Card
• Home's head's Bank Passbook
• Registration of Plot/Kutcha House, Khatoni, Giridavari, degree, affidavit or photocopy of any type of ownership paper,
• Rent Agreement (if applicant is a tenant)

Online portal pmayuassam.in for accepting online application forms for urban housing mission, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Assam has been launched. It is the official website of Assam government where any eligible people can apply for PMAY-HFA Assam housing for all scheme.

Before applying for PM Awas Yojana Assam you will have to check you eligibility by using the option available on the portal ‘KNOW YOUR ELIGIBILITY’.
