Chandigarh Housing Board is creating a plan for the people belonging to middle income group (MIG) category under Chandigarh housing board new housing scheme 2017 under PMAY Chandigarh.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Demand Survey Chandigarh
CHB demand survey under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Chandigarh in under process and the board is planning to implement the task for further process are being undertaken.
Currently, CHB new scheme 2017 demand survey under PMAY is collecting the data from economical weaker section and lower income group through online and offline modes. The demand survey applications are invited for Credit Linked Subsidy and affordable housing in Chandigarh.
EWS and LIG family are eligible to participate in this Housing for All mission by CHB for annual income of EWS family should be less than Rs. 3 Lakh and for LIG, it should be up to 6 Lakh.
In the demand survey notification of chb for PMAY, only EWS and LIG categories were added and MIG were out from this Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Demand Survey. But now the board is implementing a plan to launch a demand of PMAY for MIG group for affordable housing in Chandigarh. And the demand survey guidelines for Credit Linked Subsidy benefits to MIG category of society will soon be publicized
Chandigarh Housing Board New Scheme Forms
Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Chandigarh, two types of houses will be constructed including, MIG and MIG-1. And to be eligible for these houses, the annual income of the applicant should be in between Rs 6 to 12 lakh for MIG house and for MIG-1, it should be in the range of Rs12 lakh to Rs 18 lakh.
As per the information, the estimated cost of MIG houses under Chandigarh Housing Board PM Awas Yojana would be Rs. 15 Lakh, whereas the cost of MIG 1 houses will be 21 Lakh.
