Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana demand survey application forms can now be filled in Haryana by the eligible beneficiaries. Haryana government is inviting application forms for PMAY demand survey through local civic bodies and municipal corporation (MC) from today 1 June. And the last date of submitting application form for PMAY demand survey is 15 July 2017.
Till the last date, PMAY eligible beneficiaries belonging to EWS, LIG, MIG-1 and MIG-2 can register themselves to get a home under the scheme.
Beneficiaries selected under PMAY Haryana demand survey would be benefited under the following components.
- Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme
- Affordable Housing Scheme
- Self construction or expansion of house
- Slum re-development scheme
Online applicants (Those applicants who submit PMAY online form) will have to present with required document in municipal office before the closing of the survey, otherwise their application will be cancelled automatically.

Procedure / How to Apply for PMAY Demand Survey in Haryana
People wishing to apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana demand survey in Haryana can visit the local town development department and municipals corporations/nagar nigam of your ward and area. information about ward-wise survey can be obtained from Municipal Office. There you can also collect the information about application forms and required documents for submission.
Demand survey for PMAY beneficiaries selection would be conducted ward-wise and if any applicant is unable to submit their documents/demand in the ward then he/she can visit the municipal office to between 1Jun to 15 July.
Online applicants (Those applicants who submit PMAY online form) will have to present with required document in municipal office before the closing of the survey, otherwise their application will be cancelled automatically.
PMAY demand suruvey application form would be provided to the applicants by the department officials in the ward and MC officials and no fee would be collected for the submitting demand survey application form.
Eligibility PMAY Demand Survey
To be eligible for PMAY Demand Survey in Haryana, the applicant will have to fulfill the below conditions.
The candidate should fall in any of the following income categories – EWS, LIG, MIG-1, MIG-2.
The candidate must have Aadhar Number and a bank account.
No pucca houses in the name of applicants (or his/her family members) in any part of India.
The applicant should not be a beneficiary of any government housing scheme in past.
The applicant should not be a beneficiary of any government housing scheme in past.
The applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana (As on 17 June 2015) or an employee of government department, industrial unit or company registered with labour welfare board of Haryana.
Candidates who are residents of unauthorized colonies and does not have pucca house are not eligible to apply for PMAY demand survey.PMAY Required Documents
List of PMAY required documents which to submitted along with demand survey application form are as follows:
– Aadhar card and saving bank account for identity verification
– Ration Card, Voter ID, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Bank Passbook, Pension Book, Aadhar Card, Passport, or any government certified document for residence verification.
– Self declaration document of household income and eligibility on a plain paper along with latest passport size photograph.
– Plot layout, home construction or expansion prepared and verified by draftsman/architect.
– Registry of plot / property sale-purchase documents, Jamabandi certificate, notarized receipt, or allotment letter issued by any government body or panchayat.
