- Applicant’s residency in Ranchi should be more than three years that mean he/she should be living in Ranchi from at least 2015 and less.
- Applicant must have a valid Ranchi residency proof such as rental slips or any other govt. authorized residence proof.
- There will be two types of flats, Type-1 and Type-2 and the annual income of applicant to apply for Type-1 flats should be less then Rs. 3 Lakh and for type 2 flat it should be in between 3 lakh to 6 lakh.
