- If you are currently in a  slum then click on "For Slum Dwellers" otherwise click on "Benefit Under Other 3 Components" option.

Step 2:  After clicking on the above link, the next screen will look like same as screenshot given below. Now, fill your Aadhar number and click on "Check" to check that your entered Aadhar number is correct or not.

Step 3: If your entered Aadhar number is correct, then the online application form of the Prime Minister Housing Scheme will be appeared as given in the below screenshot. If your entered Aadhar number in incorrect, try again after checking correctly you Aadhar number. And if you do not have Aadhaar number, you will not be able to apply for PMAY.

3. ऊपर दिए गए लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद अगली स्क्रीन आपको ऐसी दिखाई देगी जैसे की नीचे दी गयी है। जिसमे आपको अपना आधार नंबर भरना है और “Check” पर क्लिक करना है यह चेक करने के लिए की आपके द्वारा भरा गया आधार नंबर सही है या नहीं!

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Delhi to Start Soon for Affordable Houses

After the launch of two years, the government has taken a step ahead to start the implementation of central government Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Delhi. The government has recently made a get together of officials to sort out of obstacles of implementation of PMAY-Urban in Delhi. This official meeting was chaired by Lieutenant Governor (LG) Anil Baijal in the problem has been sort out for the implementing PM Awas Yojana in Delhi

Besides, an agreement had also been signed in between the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation (MoHUPA) and Delhi government.

And argument had been arisen by Delhi government regarding to the land ownership in Delhi. Since the land ownership in Delhi is under the jurisdiction of the Centre, which holds it through Delhi Development Authority (DDA), it would not be prudent to make some commitments on its part. Only some of land in the Delhi is the cover of Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) which is under the Delhi government.

In the last official’s meet, the decision was taken on the matter of signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the HUPA, the DDA and the DUSIB to open the doors of implementing Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban in Delhi.

The MoA requires a some commitments of Delhi government including, the amendments in the master plan for earmarking land for affording housing and creating a single window for time-bound clearance system for layout approvals and building permissions.

DDA and DUSIB would participate in the implementation of components of urban housing mission as a state-level nodal agencies.

Till now, MHUPA has sanctioned the construction of about 18,75,000 affordable houses for urban poor of almost all states in the country with an investment of over Rs. 1 lakh crore of which the central assistance is Rs. 29,409 crore.

Hyderabad RCUES will conduct the survey and also prepare the action plan and annual implementation plan for PMAY-HFA. It would cover all 14 urban local bodies under the PM Awas Yojana demand survey.

PM Awas Yojana demand survey will be conducted to know about the estimate of number of affordable housing units to be built in the state in the available resources of land. PMAY-demand survey application form will also help the government to identify the families in the state who are homeless.

Goa State Urban Development Agency in association with urban native bodies can prepare the action set up for implementing the housing for all scheme within the state. As per the report ready by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation (MHUPA), the full demand for urban housing in province is calculable at sixty thousand.

The concerned department is working on the application form process. However, it is not yet finalized the process of registration, the application form will be invited through online or offline mode. Once it started, the demand survey application forms will be filled either through online or to be available to download to submit the form offline.

Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Chandigarh, two types of houses will be constructed including, MIG and MIG-1. And to be eligible for these houses, the annual income of the applicant should be in between Rs 6 to 12 lakh for MIG house and for MIG-1, it should be in the range of Rs12 lakh to Rs 18 lakh.

As per the information, the estimated cost of MIG houses under Chandigarh Housing Board PM Awas Yojana would be Rs. 15 Lakh, whereas the cost of MIG 1 houses will be 21 Lakh.
