PM Awas Yojana Haryana Application Forms for Demand Survey

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana demand survey application forms can now be filled in Haryana by the eligible beneficiaries. Haryana government is inviting application forms for PMAY demand survey through local civic bodies and municipal corporation (MC) from today 1 June. And the last date of submitting application form for PMAY demand survey is 15 July 2017.

Till the last date, PMAY eligible beneficiaries belonging to EWS, LIG, MIG-1 and MIG-2 can register themselves to get a home under the scheme.

Beneficiaries selected under PMAY Haryana demand survey would be benefited under the following components.

- Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme
- Affordable Housing Scheme
- Self construction or expansion of house
- Slum re-development scheme

Procedure / How to Apply for PMAY Demand Survey in Haryana

People wishing to apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana demand survey in Haryana can visit the local town development department and municipals corporations/nagar nigam of your ward and area. information about ward-wise survey can be obtained from Municipal Office. There you can also collect the information about application forms and required documents for submission.

Demand survey for PMAY beneficiaries selection would be conducted ward-wise and if any applicant is unable to submit their documents/demand in the ward then he/she  can visit the  municipal office to between 1Jun to 15 July.

Online applicants (Those applicants who submit PMAY online form) will have to present with required document in municipal office before the closing of the survey, otherwise their application will be cancelled automatically. 

PMAY demand suruvey  application form would be provided to the applicants by the department officials in the ward and MC officials and no fee would be collected for the submitting demand survey application form. 

Eligibility PMAY Demand Survey

To be eligible for PMAY Demand Survey in Haryana, the applicant will have to fulfill the below conditions. 

The candidate should fall in any of the following income categories – EWS, LIG, MIG-1, MIG-2.

The candidate must have Aadhar Number and a bank account.

No pucca houses in the name of applicants (or his/her family members) in any part of India.
The applicant should not be a beneficiary of any government housing scheme in past. 

The applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana (As on 17 June 2015) or an employee of government department, industrial unit or company registered with labour welfare board of Haryana.

Candidates who are residents of unauthorized colonies  and does not have pucca house are not eligible to apply for PMAY demand survey.

PMAY Required Documents

List of PMAY required documents which to submitted along with demand survey application form are as follows:

– Aadhar card and saving bank account for identity verification
– Ration Card, Voter ID, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Bank Passbook, Pension Book, Aadhar Card, Passport, or any government certified document for residence verification.
– Self declaration document of household income and eligibility on a plain paper along with latest passport size photograph.
– Plot layout, home construction or expansion prepared and verified by draftsman/architect.
– Registry of plot / property sale-purchase documents, Jamabandi certificate, notarized receipt, or allotment letter issued by any government body or panchayat.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Jaipur 2017 – The implementation of PMAY Urban in Jaipur has been started and the demand survey is all set to conduct by the Jaipur based company ‘Yashi Consulting Services Private Limited’.

Eligibility Criteria for PM Awas Yojana Jaipur

To catch the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for all Scheme in Jaipur, the applicant must fall under the PMAY eligibilities given below

• Candidate applying for the scheme should not have a pucca/concrete house anywhere in India on his/her name and also not on name of his/her family members.
• A plot for constructing a new house or a kutcha house which to be redeveloped under the scheme should be registered on candidate’s name.
• The benefits of any subsidy under state government’s housing scheme should not be availed by the candidate.
• Rs. 3 lakh is the maximum annual income for person belong to EWS category.
• Annual income range for LIG applicant is Rs. 3 lakh to Rs. 6 lakh.

• Colored passport size photograph of head of the family

Along with above documents the applicants also needs some photocopies of document listed below:

PM Awas Yojana Goa Demand Survey Application Forms

PM Awas Yojana Demand Survey - To identify the eligible families and number of houses to be constructed under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Goa, the state government is planning to start a demand survey of housing for all mission in urban areas. A planning is under process to launch the PM Awas Yojana demand survey in association with Hyderabad based Regional Center of Urban and Environmental Studies (RCUES).

Hyderabad RCUES will conduct the survey and also prepare the action plan and annual implementation plan for PMAY-HFA. It would cover all 14 urban local bodies under the PM Awas Yojana demand survey.

PM Awas Yojana demand survey will be conducted to know about the estimate of number of affordable housing units to be built in the state in the available resources of land. PMAY-demand survey application form will also help the government to identify the families in the state who are homeless.

Goa State Urban Development Agency in association with urban native bodies can prepare the action set up for implementing the housing for all scheme within the state. As per the report ready by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation (MHUPA), the full demand for urban housing in province is calculable at sixty thousand.

The concerned department is working on the application form process. However, it is not yet finalized the process of registration, the application form will be invited through online or offline mode. Once it started, the demand survey application forms will be filled either through online or to be available to download to submit the form offline.
