MHADA Lottery 2017 Mumbai Registration to Start from July for 800 Houses

Milind Mhaiskar, MHADA's CEO and VP, informed about the launch of MHADA lottery 2017. The scheme to start from in first half of July and lottery draw for mhada flats to be conducted in August 2017. The cost of flats, to be available in the scheme, to be decided yet and official are working on the same.

Flats in MHADA housing scheme will be available in Tunga-Powai, Charkop, Vikhroli, Kandivli, Goregaon, and Mulund. Finalisation of construction work these flats are under process.

"We looked at other projects and somehow managed to get all those houses that are still under construction. We even got them registered with MahaRERA to meet all the criteria before commencing the lottery", Senior official of MHADA said.

Extra benefits of MHADA Mumbai lottery will be provided to EWS (Economical Weaker Section) by reserving most of the flats in scheme for this category. And to be eligible for the scheme, the family monthly income should not be more than Rs. 25,000/-.

MHADA Mill Worker Lottery 2017 Registration Last Date Extended

Its a good news for those girni kamgar who had not registered yet because, the MHADA has extended the last date of online enrollment / registration for MHADA Mill Worker Lottery 2017. Check KEA Karnataka CET Seat Allotment 2017 at kea.kar.nic.in

As per the schedule, today, Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) CET Seat Allotment Result 2017 will be released at kea.kar.nic.in. On June 14, KEA Karnataka published the seat matrix for engineering and other courses and the option entry commence the following day. Vajra Faculty Scheme for NRI Scientists to Work in Indian Institutes for Research

Department of Science and Technology (DST) started (Visiting Advanced Joint Research) Vajra Faculty Scheme, a program which enables the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) scientist and overseas scientific community to participate and contribute in research and development in India for the time period of one month to three month.

Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), a Statutory body of the DST department would implement the scheme. Vajra Scheme is a kind of programme dedicated for NRI scientists.

The Visiting Advanced Joint Research (Vajra) faculty scheme is a dedicated programme for foreign scientists and academicians, with emphasis on NRI's to work as adjunct faculty in the government-funded academic and research institutions.

As per the information, VAJRA programme would draw a salary of $15,000 in the first month and $10,000 each in the remaining months.

"Indian scientists in abroad are feeling optimistic that with the new government in power, they will have top class facilities and a very conducive environment," he said.

The number of scientists under the programme has been capped at 1,000.

The government currently awards the Ramanujan Fellowship to Indian students and doctors working abroad. The fellowship is awarded for five years.

EESL UJALA Scheme in Amritsar - Get LED Bulb, Tube Light & Energy Efficient Fans

Ujala Yojana - Now LED bulb, LED tube light and five star energy efficient fans will be available in Amritsar Punjab as EESL (Energy Efficiency Services Limited) and Punjab State Power Corporation Limited launched UJALA scheme. These energy efficient products would be available in UJALA Scheme distribution centers.

Under the scheme, consumers can buy the following thinks from the distribution centers by just paying minimal cost.

- Ten 9W LED Bulbs - Rs 65 each,
- Five Energy Efficient Fans (50W BEE 5 Star Rated) (Ceiling Fans) - Rs 1,150 each
- Ten 20W LED Tube Lights - Rs 230 each.

The scheme will also be launched in Firozepur and Fazilka on June 30. The scheme was launched in January 2015 with focus of  replacing 77 crore inefficient bulbs with energy efficient LED bulbs.

Under the scheme, over 24.2 crore LED bulb, 25.1 lakh tube lights and 9 lakh fans have already been distributed across 27.
