Jodhpur Development Authority (JDA) has come up along with a new housing scheme for weaker section of the society. It is first housing scheme launched by JDA with this much of housing units. The scheme has 10704 houses for EWS and LIG categories. Super build-up area of EWS houses is about 325 sq. ft. and the estimated cost for a single unit is Rs. 3.90 lacs and the LIG houses cost is Rs. 6.00 lacs available in the super build-up area of 500 sq. ft.
JDA Jodhpur is inviting applications from ews and lig segments for 10704 flats. From the total count, 6752 houses will benefit only ews category and rest of 3952 houses are for lig category.
Affordable houses in JDA Jodhpur new housing scheme 2017 are proposed in four villages including Chokha, Tanawara, Lordi Pandit ji and Badli. In Chokha Village, the scheme is proposed at Khasra No.827/650, Khasra No. 136 in Tanawara Phase-2, Khasra No. 100, 103, 104 in Lordi Pandit G and Khasra No. 88 in Badli.

Eligibility for Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana 2015 Jodhpur
To fill the online application, the applicants needs to fulfill the eligibility criteria of the scheme.
- The age of applicants should be 18 years by the date 1 January 2017 and he/she should be resident of city having a population more than 1 lacs and also should not allotted any flat, plots, residential units (freehold or leasehold) on his/her name or their dependent family member’s name.
- Applicant should be a permanent resident of Rajasthan State and he/she should not be availed or allotted any houses under affordable housing scheme of Jodhpur Development Authority.
- Citizen of India living in any city from more than one year are eligible for the scheme but the priority will be given to the resident of Rajasthan state.
- The household income of EWS applicant should not be more than Rs. 1,50,000 annually while the LIG household annual income group should be in between Rs. 1,50,001 to Rs. 3,00,000.
- The applicants should have an active bank account.
- The online application form to be submitted along with required documents and passport size photograph and the processing frees of Rs. 2000/- for EWS house and Rs. 3500- for LIG house.
- The allotment of flats in JDA Jodhpur CM Awas Yojana would be done through draw of lots and lottery draw result would be published on www.jodhpurjda.org.
