It is Delhi Development Authority's most awaited housing scheme 2017 for 13,148 flats. DDA officially announced Flat Scheme 2017 in the end of November 2017 for the booking of 13,148 EWS, LIG, MIG & Janta Flats. Most of the flats included in DDA housing scheme 2017 were surrendered in the housing scheme 2014 by the successful allottees due to the reasons of small size, underdeveloped neighbourhoods, lack of connectivity, improper streetlights and inadequate water supply.
DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Launch Date
DDA officials informed the leading newspaper regarding to the launch date of DDA flat scheme 2017. They said that a meeting will be held in the third or last week of May with lieutenant governor (LG) in which the launch date of the scheme may declare.

Online application form for the booking of flats/houses in dda flat scheme 2017 will be available on the official website of DDA at http://dda.org.in/.
And the application form for offline registration, DDA has tied-up with 8 banks for the sale and receipt of application form. From these banks branches you can purchase the application form, submit DDA flat's registration amount and refunds process of registration amount will also be handled by these banks.
