Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana MP - The need of Chief Minister rural housing scheme (Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana) was found by the Madhya Pradesh government when the Indira Awas Yojana was facing problem to achieve the demand of affordable houses for weaker section and BPL families of rural areas.

Chief Minister Rural Housing Mission launched to bring the affordable housing scheme in villages and rural area for the people belonging to BPL (Below Poverty Line), (EWS) economical weaker section and (LIG) Lower Income Group. The scheme is also known as Gramin BPL Awas Yojana.
